Meet the Certified Trainers at Union General Wellness Center

 

Ben Newell is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) Certified Group Fitness. Ben is currently working towards completing his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and is the Lead Trainer at the Union General Wellness Center. He specializes in strength and functional training, endurance training, injury prevention, and mobility.  Ben has a deep knowledge of power lifting, Olympic lifting, and sports performance. Having a goal of one day competing in the CrossFit games when not training clients you will find Ben training hard to achieve this goal. Susan Stalcup is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Zumba Instructor. Susan has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.  Susan draws on her experience from various fitness settings to offer personalized training to help clients achieve their goals; her passion of health, fitness, and nutrition are what drives her. Susan currently is a bikini competitor with both the NMA and NBPF, her goal is to move up to Figure by Summer of 2018. When Susan is not with clients, you will find her training to achieve this goal. Although she understands everybody's schedule is busy she believes exercise should be a part of all of our daily lives. Susan is passionate about exercising emphasizing it can prevent health problems and improve quality of life, and she looks forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.  You can schedule an appointment with her at (706) 897-9222.

 

 

Debbi Yamocoski is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. Debbi is currently doing online personal training and meal plans for Union General Wellness Center. As a personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, I thoroughly enjoy helping people find their inner strength and reach goals they never thought possible. I am passionate about creating an overall healthy lifestyle by setting realistic attainable goals and making changes in everyday life. I believe weakness is a choice and so we can choose to be strong! I love strength and endurance training as well as functional fitness. I love being active and outdoors as much as possible, which motivates me to keep myself healthy and drives me to help others maintain a healthy lifestyle for themselves.
