Q. What type of care is provided by The Clinic at Walmart?

A. Acute care illnesses or injuries are the focus of care provided at The Clinic. We treat upper respiratory infections, sinusitis, ear infections, sore throat, cough, influenza, urinary tract infections, rashes, as well as acute muscle injury, lacerations, bee stings, etc.

Q. What are the hours of operation?

A. Open 7 days a week - no appointment necessary. Monday - Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm.

We see our last patient 30 minutes prior to closing.

Q. Can I be seen for my blood pressure problems at The Clinic?

A. No. We do not treat high blood pressure (hypertension) or other chronic health conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or gout at The Clinic. Q. Do I have to make an appointment to be seen at The Clinic?

A. This is one of our most common questions, and the answer is: no. Service is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Q. Do you see children at The Clinic?

A. We do see children, but the child must be 18 months or older.

Q. Does The Clinic take my insurance?

A. The Clinic accepts most commercial and private insurances, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid, but we do not accept Peachcare at this time.

Q. If I pay cash, what is the usual charge?

A. A routine visit ranges from $59-$79. If you need a procedure such as sutures, a breathing treatment, or an injection, there is an additional fee.

Q. Is there a doctor at the clinic?

A. Dr. Debora Quigley, MD is the supervising physician, but The Clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Q. All I need is a sports physical or an annual physical – can I have that done at The Clinic?

A. Yes. The healthcare providers routinely perform sports participation physical exams, as well as pre-employment exams, DOT Exams/CDL PE (it is recommended to call before coming in to make sure the provider on staff is certified), and annual physical exams.
